Returns

We do not provide any refund once the order is placed, unless it is specifically mentioned that your order is refundable. We may provide you a refund if we are not able to process / complete your order due to any reason.

Decision to provide return / refund is solely based on our discretion and will be on a case-to-case basis.

You are liable to pay incurred charges on your order in case your refund is approved by us. These charges may include but are not limited to payment gateway charges, administrative charges, refund charges if any, any other costs incurred for processing and refund of your order. We reserve the right to deduct these charges from the amount to be refunded to you. 

To be eligible for a return, you must have not utilized services as mentioned in your order. We may share reports through mail or soft copies or by other means. You will not be eligible for refund if they have been sent to you.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges

We do not provide any exchange.

Shipping (if applicable)

If your return is approved by us, and shipping of your product is necessary, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over Rs.5000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
